Our top of line for foam block compression, the Levante is a very compact and efficient block compression system that combines strength and high precision mechanics.

This machine offers a complete solution for the most demanding customers and guarantees a high level of safety in the packaging of its product.

A perfect synergy among our sealing bars, a strong frame developed through years of field experience and a special conveyor belt to guarantee compression of PU foam blocks into rolls: thanks to such characteristics, a product volume reduction of maximum 70% of the original size (depending on product density and dimension) is reached. Moreover, transportation costs are reduced.
