PRESS+ANDER ROLL combination is the semi-automatic solution to press and roll up mattresses using preformed bags.

Perfect for those customers who are expanding their business and want to have a professional final packaging of their product.

As for all Dolphin Pack equipment, thanks to the high-quality components we developed a simple, but very functional semi-automatic packaging machine able to reduce the volume of mattresses and consequently the transportation costs, keeping high product quality.

PERFORMANCES

Ability to pack several product dimensions from single to double mattresses;

Ability to compress and roll up pocket springs, conventional foam, and visco foam mattresses;

The machine can be used to: COMPRESS AND ROLL UP;

Speed cycle of the working machine (depending on product dimension): 1-2 pieces/minute only packed products

Final roll diameter adjustable with a range between 200 and 450 mm [final diameter is strictly connected to the type of foam (density, hardness, quality) the mattress is made of];
