This is how ETESIAN SMART HYBRID was conceived, to meet the needs of the bedding industry. It is a compact and ergonomic line that guarantees the same high levels of performance as all Dolphin Pack lines.

In a compact solution, you have the possibility to quickly pack, compress, fold and roll single and double mattresses and toppers, both with plastic and paper based packaging materials.

Another strategic advantage is the possibility of packing with both plastic film and paper without the need for additional modules. With ETESIAN SMART HYBRID, all you need to do is load the packaging material of your choice, at no extra cost.

PERFORMANCES

The machine can be used for: PACKAGING, COMPRESSION AND ROLLING, PACKAGING, COMPRESSION, FOLDING AND ROLLING;

Speed cycle of the machine (depending on product size and type): 2 pieces/minute packed, pressed and rolled product, 1 piece/40 sec. packed, pressed, folded and rolled product;

Final diameter adjustable from 200mm to 450mm. The final diameter depends on the size and type of polyurethane (density, hardness, quality) the mattres if made of;

Automatic packaging system;

Auto-adjustment of lateral sealing bars for different mattress size;

Automatic film cutting system;

Turning table integrated with folding device and centering system to ensure correct loading of the product before the rolling phase;

Product unloading at workable height to facilitate discharge operations;

The machine can be used with both plastic film or paper based material, without adding any extra module;

Robust structure for increased durability.
