In addition to many years of experience with development and construction of packaging machines Dolphin Pack has also engineered and built lines for the cleaning of the product for the mattress industry.
After the cutting process, PU scraps must be removed in order to obtain a clean molded slab for the next process step. Our ALISEO machine line is able to speed up and facilitate the removal of these scraps from semi-finished slabs.
As with all our machines, the ALISEO can easily be integrated in customers plants and existing manufacturing lines.
