PELÈR is a perfect combination between our special sealing bars and a special barrier film developed to keep vacuum flat compression. With PELÈR a volume reduction up to 70% is reached; therefore, logistics times and costs are reduced

PERFORMANCES

Ability to pack and flat vacuum compress different product dimensions, from single block to a unit of stacked foam layers with density from 15 to 50 kg/m3 and max 5 k/Pa ;

Ability to flat vacuum compress and pack conventional foam and visco foam product;

Speed cycle of the working machine (depending on product dimension): 1 piece/90 sec. for flat vacuum compression

Ability to reduce the original volume of PU foam blocks up to 70% [to assure vacuum packaging the product has to be compressed at least 50% of its original volume]

Automatic stacker device to stack packed product on pallet to easily stock them;

Modular system to adapt to your needs;

Automatic side film cutting system;
