For this reason, Dolphin Pack’s last development in PU foam blocks compression is BURIAN GREEN.
BURIAN GREEN is the new model designed to pack and compress single or double foam blocks, up to a maximum initial length of 4000 mm, in a ROLL,only with the use of one single type of packaging material during the rolling phase, which can be:
- Stretch-Film: standard stretch-film system
OR
- Paper: standard paper 100% recycled and recyclable.

Ability to pack and compress blocks or stacked polyurethane layers with various dimensions;
Ability to pack and compress conventional and visco foam;
The machine can be used to: PACK, COMPRESS and ROLL UP,
Speed cycle of the working machine (depending on product dimension): 1 piece/90 sec
No hand bagging thanks to auto wrapping system;
Robust structure for durability;
Rolling mouth opening system for optimal product evacuation;
Possibility to pack with stretch film or 100% paper based material, thus reducing the environmental impact of packaging per product;
CO2 emissions reduction up to -75/80% and cut of transport cost thanks to product volume reduction.
