At Dolphin Pack, we are committed to deliver on our promise to provide value to our customers and create long-lasting relationships with them to guarantee their satisfaction. For this reason, we support you with:

  • Rapid and precise technical intervention: our skilled and knowledgeable technicians are sent at customer’s facility in case of damages or malfunction.  Our aim is to provide customers with rapid support in order to reduce unnecessary stops in production. If it is not possible to immediately reach the customer facility due to “force majeure”, Dolphin Pack provides the customer with real time assistance by using such systems as Augmented Reality software and other media to provide remote assistance. 

  • Remote assistance: our machinery is equipped with routers for the remote connection which facilitates the detection and resolution of any malfunctions. 

  • Augmented Reality Systems: Dolphin Pack uses AR software in order to eliminate distance barriers between our technicians and the customers. AR software helps save time in the detection of any malfunctioning.  As a result, stops in production are reduced. 

  • Maintenance intervention: maintenance is crucial for the efficiency of machinery. For this reason, you should rely on our skilled and professional technicians for every intervention 

  • Spare parts: Dolphin Pack supplies customers with spare parts at every stage of the machinery lifecycle. At the purchase, machinery is sold with some of the most critical spare parts for its functioning so that customers can replace them quickly. Dolphin Pack constantly works to provide customers with quick supply and shipment worldwide.
