Due to the many travel restrictions, lately we have been facing troubles in organizing technical interventions. For this reason, we have been looking for solutions, which facilitate communication and help us offer a rapid and efficient support.
In the last months, we have been improving our customer service by finding an app based on the Augmented Reality. We are going to promote its use in 2021. The app can be downloaded on any smartphone or tablet device and it allows us to easily communicate with the operator onsite. Thanks to the app, linguistic barriers are reduced, and any problems and malfunction can be found more quickly. Moreover, the app allows us to offer technical support without having to physically visit the customer’s plant.
